FAQs for BUSINESS TO BUSINESS CLAIMS

DOES THE SERVICE MAKE SENSE FOR MY COMPANY?

Our customer advocates will free you from the time and aggravation of perusing business claims and give you the time to focus on business growth and success.  If you are losing money by not pursuing an issue, but neither have the time to deal with it nor the inclination to pay an expensive law firm to represent you, mycustomeradvocate.com is your perfect solution.  With a nominal registration fee, we only charge a service fee if we successfully resolve your business issue.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?

We have two sets of fees, depending on the value of your claim:

- Claims valued at $4,999 or less: $299 registration fee, 15% resolution fee + 299 closing cost

- Claims valued at $5,000 or more: $499 registration fee, 20% resolution fee + 599 closing cost
*the resolution fee and closing costs are only charged once a successful negotiation has been completed.

HOW IS THE RESOLUTION FEE CALCULATED?

The resolution fee is based on the face value of any cash refund, coupon, or business credit.  A product replacement will be valued at the current retail (non discounted) price of the item sold by the retailer or wholesaler (whoever is issuing the product) and is not subject to price comparisons with competitors.  A service (such as repair, service call etc.) will be valued at the standard fee for those services as quoted by the issuing company.

DO YOUR ADVOCATES PROVIDE DEBT COLLECTIONS SERVICES?

While mycustomeradvocate.com is not a debt collection agency, we can certainly we can certainly negotiate with debtors and address overdue accounts receivables issues, among other business services.

IS THE REGISTRATION FEE REFUNDABLE?

Our team of advocates spend significant time reviewing claims, collecting documents and interfacing with companies on a client’s behalf. The registration fee covers the costs of that process and is therefore non-refundable.  We cannot guarantee success negotiating your claim.  In the event that we are unable to successfully contact a company on your behalf, you will be entitled to a refund.

WHAT IF I HAVE MULTIPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLAIMS?

Each b2b issue is treated as a unique claim and must be registered and paid for separately.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE RESOLUTION?

During your FREE CONSULTATION your advocate will review the solutions that may be available and discuss the parameters for the resolutions your business is willing to accept. While you are under no obligation to accept the final resolution, as long as we negotiated a reasonable solution your company will be charged for our services.
